Minor Registration
Our general minor policy is located here.
A parent or legal guardian must be present at the door to register anyone under eighteen (18) at the start of the event or register and accompany anyone under the age of thirteen (13) at the time of the event. All minors under the age of thirteen (13) are to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while in convention space and under the age of sixteen (16) must be accompanied by parent or guardian during evening hours and overnight.

Meal Plan FAQ
Q: Why did you introduce a meal plan this year?
A: Two big reasons!
1️⃣ Convenience – We noticed that there aren’t a ton of food options right outside the hotel, and we wanted to make sure you didn’t have to stress about leaving the con to grab a bite. With the meal plan, food is right there for you!
2️⃣ Future Con Benefits – Hotels love events that commit to food & beverage (F&B) minimums. If the meal plan works well, it helps us negotiate better deals with hotels, making it easier to secure great venues for future events. Win-win!
Q: If I don’t use the full ticket, do they keep the balance?
A: Yep, just like a concert or theme park meal voucher—it’s a “use it or lose it” situation. So use the full $25 per ticket! Get dessert, grab a snack, or share with a friend. No reason to let that deliciousness go to waste!
Q: I heard I can only use it at the Grab & Go. That’s BS!
A: Good news—totally not true! You can use your meal tickets at:

Q: Why did I get $100 in meal vouchers when I paid $125?
A: Great question! When you dine at a hotel venue, there are built-in service fees and gratuities. Instead of surprising you with extra charges at checkout, we took care of that upfront. That means you just hand over the ticket, eat, and enjoy—no math required! If your meal is over $25, you just pay the difference. You always CAN tip more, but its not neccessary.
