How do I register my children, or myself if I am under 18? Is there a discount?

Our policy for 2016 has changed: A parent or legal guardian must be present at the door to register anybody who will be under 18 at the time of the event (born after April 8, 1998). A parent or guardian must also register for the convention to accompany anyone under the age of 13 at the time of the event (born after April 8, 2003).

Here are prices for children, available at the door only:

What promotions or raffles are being offered right now?

There are currently three open raffles available to varying member levels. All contests are internal contests for members of the Mid-Atlantic Anthropomorphic Society (Mid-Anthro).

Free upgrade to Party Animal member (Raffle): The first 200 paid members for Fur the ‘More 2016 are automatically entered into this raffle. Anyone who already registered for 2016 is already entered. Date of drawing is to be announced. One prize will be selected (odds are 1 in 200). The winner may choose to apply the upgrade to his or her own membership to Party Animal, or to transfer the upgrade to another person as either a new basic membership or a free upgrade from an existing membership.

2017 Attendee Special Guest (Raffle): At Closing Ceremonies on Sunday, April 10, 2016, we will draw one winner to be selected as the 2017 “Attendee Special Guest,” who will receive the same privileges as the 2017 Guests of Honor. All Party Animal & Raven God members are automatically entered into the raffle. Entry deadline is at the close of registration at the convention.

Custom art of your furry character on display at Fur the ‘More (Raffle): Three (3) winners will be selected (drawing date TBA) to receive custom art of their original character or “fursona” included in the hallway art that will be displayed throughout the convention space during Fur the ‘More 2016. This raffle is restricted to Party Animals & Raven God members at the time of the drawing. Winners will be presented with a poster to take home.

Can I upgrade to a higher member level after registering?

Yes. Send an email to before the online registration deadline of March 6, 2016 and tell us which member level you would like to upgrade to. You can also upgrade during the convention, right at the registration desk. The upgrade cost is the price difference between the two member levels at the time each one was purchased. For example, upgrading before the pre-registration deadline from a basic membership ($45) to an Animal sponsor ($90) is $45.

I just realized that I am not going to be able to attend. Is it possible to get a refund?

Unfortunately, registrations are non-refundable, as your money has likely already gone toward expenses for the event. However we do understand that emergencies happen and plans change. The following options are available to you if you cannot attend:

Membership transfer (during pre-registration period only) – You may transfer your membership to a friend, who can register online using a one-time-use coupon code that we’ll provide, before the pre-registration deadline of March 6, 2016.

Forward registration to Fur the ‘More 2017 – If you are unable to attend Fur the ‘More 2016 and wish to attend Fur the ‘More 2017, let us know before the event this year and we’ll transfer your membership to next year. This can only be done once, meaning you cannot forward a membership to 2018 if it was originally for 2016.
